FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Desert Race School Announces the Desert Race Experience — A Complete Ecosystem for Desert Racing. Live Your Dreams. Hurricane, Utah — September 29, 2026 — After two decades of teaching drivers how to safely and successfully navigate the challenges of desert racing, Desert Race School is expanding its vision with the creation of the Desert Race Experience—a complete, turnkey ecosystem designed to make getting into desert racing more accessible, more organized, and more enjoyable. The next evolution will give those drivers a pathway beyond the dream and classroom, allowing them to continue their development, compete in a dedicated race series, and ultimately have access to a professionally built and supported race truck. The Desert Race Experience will bring together three complementary elements: Desert Race School, a new desert race series/club - DRX Race Series, and the development of purpose-built race trucks. A successful example of this complete racing path is John Slavic, CEO of Slavic 401K, who, along with his three sons, have been students and racers with Desert Race School for a decade. John has now partnered with the Stobaugh family to create the Desert Race Experience. “I looked at several ways to get started in desert racing, knowing it would be a challenge with my family and business based in Florida. Austin, Ron, and Tracy at the Desert Race School have provided my family and I with a turn-key program of training, racing, prep and pit support. The first race for the DRX Race Series is The Parker 400 , January 13-17 in Parker AZ, followed by the legendary MINT 400 in Las Vegas, March 3-7. DRX Race Series has committed to a minimum $25,000 Race Payout ($5,000 per AORC event) plus $25,000 Championship Payout.
